Flight Training courses

At Blue Skies Flight Training, we provide high-quality, personalized instruction tailored to each student’s goals. Whether you’re working toward your private pilot license or commercial license, you’ll receive full training from start to finish. We provide our aircraft for your training or have the option to train in your own plane. Blue Skies is based at Williston Municipal Airport (X60), where we can provide the best scheduling flexibility and accommodate the most students. For students who are unable to travel, we are also available to fly to your home airport within a 50 mile radius of Williston. A small travel fee and fuel surcharge will apply. Our programs emphasize safety, real-world flight experience, and thorough preparation for the FAA Practical Exam. We also conduct ground school start to finish which includes oral and written test prep. Regardless of the course you choose, you can expect proper guidance and hands-on training to build your skills and confidence in the air.

Private Pilot License (PPL)

• Go from no flight time, to a fully legal pilot.

• Hands-on experience with a certified flight instructor.

Aircraft Rental: $150 per hour

Flight Instruction In Our Aircraft: $55 per hour

Flight Instruction In Your Aircraft: $75 per hour

Ground Training: $50 per hour
